| Shipping | Products normally ship by UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground the date of the order or the following business day. Ground shipping is free in the 48 states for orders over $100.00. | Warranty | There is a one year manufacturer's warranty. Contact info is in the Operating Manual. | |||
| Returns | If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, call us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days from receipt. We may need to have the package inspected by the freight company. We will arrange to have a replacement sent and the original defective product returned. You can return, at your freight cost, UNOPENED non-damaged/defective products within 30 days from the date received. Full refunds (less all freight charges) are available on unopened items. Call us for a Return Authorization and instructions. Opened or used products cannot be returned. We cannot allow the possibility of contamination. No returns after 30 days. |
